There are moments in the life of an organization that feel like a deep breath of hope — the kind you feel all the way down to your toes.
For us at Birthline of Colorado, one of those moments arrived this October.
Father Glenn Pederson of Light of the World Catholic Church joined us to bless our brand-new facility at 1244 S. Wadsworth Blvd. With warmth and reverence, he walked through every single room — from the future ultrasound space to the cozy areas where mothers will learn, grow, and be encouraged. He even circled the outside of the building, asking God to surround this space with protection and peace.
It was a beautiful gathering of about 15 supporters: friends from the Respect Life Committee, Knights of Columbus members from two parishes, devoted donors, volunteers, board members, and even a very special attendee — Corina Walker Saiki, the joyful daughter of one of our board members.
One board member, Stacie Walker Saiki, shared a heartfelt reflection about raising her daughter with special needs:
“I wish I’d had Birthline’s support when she was born. She’s a true blessing, and I’m inspired every day by Birthline’s mission.”
Moments like this remind us:
this building isn’t just walls and windows — it’s a future filled with life, love, and second chances.
With HiPeak Health now operating inside the facility, we are offering free ultrasounds, STI testing, pregnancy testing, and compassionate counsel under medical oversight. These services are already making a difference, and your support is what turns a building into a lifeline.
As we approach Giving Tuesday (December 2, 2025) and Colorado Gives Day (December 9, 2025), we invite you to walk with us into this next chapter. Our baby boutique is filling with clothing for little ones ages 0–2, and we look forward to welcoming you to our upcoming Virtual Open House.
