Job Title: NURSE PRACTITIONER/NURSE MANAGER
Status: Paid - Full Time
Description:
HiPeak Health, a women’s medical facility, seeks a full-time nurse practitioner to serve as the Nurse Manager of our new facility in Lakewood, Colorado. The Nurse Manager will help us provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to our services and staff.
Clinic’s current services include:
· pregnancy testing,
· ultrasounds
· STI testing,
· counseling,
· training,
· patient follow-up care.
Our plan is to add to medical offerings as the facility develops.
Nurse Manager
The Nurse Manager duties include but not limited to:
· hiring staff
· monitoring patient care to ensure that it is high quality, consistent, and according to medical norms and company policies.
· reporting to and maintaining frequent communication with the Chairman of the Board
· partnering with our sister marketing organization, Birthline of Colorado, to help promote and build clientele.
· implementing and updating the clinic’s medical policies and procedures
· conducting staff meetings and training.

Essential Qualifications:

2. Professional
· Possess current, valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Colorado Board of Nursing
· Possess current Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado
· Possess or open to OB Ultrasound training. HiPeak Clinic can facilitate ultrasound training.
· Basic computer skills, organizational aptitude, high attention to procedure and detail.
3. Educational:
• Masters or DNP degree • Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
Experience with women’s health preferred.
4. Personal:
• Able to empathize with those in distress and give practical assistance. • Client-focused and ability to engage confidently in a non-directive, non-judgmental manner with all client demographics and situations. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Relational:
• Ability to work as a team member, seek consultation when needed, work independently and accept responsibility.
